Working as a real estate paralegal in downtown Chicago in 2006, Tiffany Vondran was drawn to the real estate side of her profession and obtained her real estate license a year after. “I really enjoy helping clients, especially first time homebuyers; it’s such a rewarding experience to help them with their dream of homeownership,” she shares. “I also love spending time in the different neighborhoods throughout Chicago with all the architecture and the vintage charm of older, historic properties.”

A real estate broker with Fulton Grace Realty, Vondran recently received her designation as a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE) to help the family law community with real estate matters. Although the majority of her market is in Bucktown, Wicker Park and Lincoln Square, she is educated in all the Chicago neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs. She's been a resident of Ravenswood for 10 years and has worked in West Town and Wicker Park for the last 15 years. “Being an independent woman investor myself with an Airbnb property, I enjoy helping other women start and continue to build their real estate portfolios,” she points out. “From our initial consultation until after my clients move in, I ensure consistent follow-ups and check-ins to provide guidance and support.”

Named a Chicago Association of Realtors Individual Top Producer in 2023, Vondran was a Fulton Grace Silver Sales Producer in 2021 and 2023 and received the bronze in 2022. A member of the ProVisors Networking Group, she serves on many leadership committees. She also hosts an annual toy drive for Comer Children’s Hospital. Marketing through social media, she consistently posts content and also creates a weekly Instagram Live titled ‘This or That’ with fellow Realtor Keisha Williams. “We pick a different topic to discuss each week,” she explains. “It ranges from fun, personal and relatable content to educational real estate topics.”

Recently starting her journey towards a healthier lifestyle, Vondran enjoys architecture tours through the Chicago Architecture Center, cooking and spending time at her second home in Michigan where she enjoys hiking and watching the sunsets.
